K&L customers - click for details on your orders with RareStorage


How RareStorage Works with K&L Orders


  1. Select RareStorage at Checkout

    On KLWines.com, choose RareStorage as your shipping option when you place your order.

  2. K&L Picks & Processes Your Order

    Our friends at K&L pick your bottles, process the order, and hand your property off to RareStorage.

  3. RareStorage Login
  4. Your Bottles Appear in the Vault

    Once the K&L order reaches “Shipping” status, it’s handed off to us and becomes visible in your Vault. After we bin-locate your bottles in our warehouse, they’ll be ready for action within your RareStorage Vault.

  5. Log In & View Your Vault

    Visit vault.rarestorage.com and sign in with the same email you used at K&L. If you didn’t receive the “create your Vault account” email, just click “Forgot password” and reset it—your RareStorage account is automatically created with that email.

  6. Request Shipment or Store Pickup

    Inside your Vault, click Request Shipment / Pickup, select the bottles and quantities you want, then click the cart icon at the top right to complete your request.

  7. Save on Shipping with K&L In-Store Pickup

    We sublease space at all K&L stores—choose “RareStorage Pickup” to collect in person and waive shipping fees, or opt for delivery to your address at standard rates.
