K&L × RareStorage
Buy your bottles at K&L, store them at RareStorage — one seamless flow. Here's how it works, step by step.
On KLWines.com, once you reach the shipping page, select your shipping address. Then you can choose RareStorage as your shipping option before you place your order.
From the receipt page, you can go to RareStorage and set up your account. Your bottles will be in "pending" status while they are in transfer.
If you missed the option on the checkout page: don't worry, you'll also receive an email with steps on how to access RareStorage.
Our friends at K&L prepare the order, and deliver your property to our local RareStorage location.
Once the K&L order reaches “Shipping” status, it's handed off to us and the status changes in your Vault as “pending” bottles. After we confirm those bottles and stow them in our facility, they'll be ready for action (or slumber!) within your RareStorage Vault.
Visit vault.rarestorage.com and sign in with the same email you used at K&L. If you forgot your password or you did not create one earlier, just click "Forgot password" and reset it.
If you're not ready to receive your wine, there's no rush to coordinate shipment. Our core service is based around long term storage.
Heading out of town? Too hot or cold to ship? Prefer to consolidate orders and reduce the number of shipments? Keep the wines in storage and know that it is being held properly with us until you're ready for it.
Purchases from K&L are granted 60 days of complimentary storage. Beyond this period we offer a discounted rate of $0.40 per bottle per month, with a $9.50 monthly minimum for all bottles purchased from K&L Wine Merchants.
When you'd like to take possession of your bottle(s), select the wines from your account by clicking on the shopping cart inside your Vault. When complete, simply select the “Checkout” button in the top right to continue with your request.
Selecting pickup at a K&L location does not cost anything and avoids shipping through a common carrier. If that is not an option for you, continue with the shipping selection with our associated shipping rates.
